I started this blog to keep myself on check with my fitness , im not perfect sometimes i do really well other times i lack endurance but i always continue to try no matter past failures or successes , i just want to be satisfied and proud of my body . I dont hate my body , i love it which is why i will try my best to make it in the best physical shape it can be in. And with that must come dedication,motivation,exercise,healthy eating, and i will try my best to do that.
So this past year i've been in a up and down roller coaster with my weight i drop then suddenly i gain it all back but this summer hopefully theirs no slacking ! (: Good luck b>too you all this summer with your own goals
